You must have at least 1-2 years' solid design experience using Flash. Strong interface design skills and a strong understanding of Web design principles and animation techniques please!

An excellent knowledge of all relevant design applications (primarily Flash and Photoshop) is required. This role involves lots of motion graphic design. Experience in 3D modelling/animation and ActionScripting would be an advantage (Softimage, 3D Studio, Swift 3D). Good listening skills and the ability to accept and provide art direction is also required. You must be organized, highly motivated, able to work fast and be a team player.

This role requires excellent research, development and analytical abilities along with software skills. A strong knowledge of HTML, Adobe Flash(Action Script), Java Script, CSS, SCORM and AICC is required. You will have proven experience of “Trivantis Lectora” and should be familiar with audio and video post production and web compression, Articulate Presenter and Adobe Captivate. Experience in Mobile Development (HTML, HTML5), .NET or other web application development and XSLT/XML transformation would be an advantage.

Along with experience with JavaScript Libraries (JQUERY, Prototype, etc.) and any graphical competence such as a familiarity with Photoshop, Fireworks, GIMP, etc.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a necessity and you must be highly motivated, able to work fast and a team player. You will be reporting to a team lead and project manager and should also possess the ability to mentor and guide junior team members.
